Return Policy
Thank you for shopping Oceans of Time Boutique LLC. Any and ALL merchandise you wish to return, we at Oceans of Time Boutique LLCΒ MUSTΒ be contacted withinΒ 3 daysΒ of receiving your merchandise. All accessory items (including but not limited to; Jewelry, Hats, Shoes, Sunglasses, Hair Accessories, etc..), and *Final Sale* items areΒ NON-REFUNDABLE. No exceptions!
ALL, and ANY, Items purchased with 'Store Credit 'are considered a Final Sale. We, at Oceans of Time Boutique, will not be refunding Store Credit to Individual Accounts when customers decide to return the Items. Instead, customers have the option to exchange the item for a differentΒ size, as long as said item meets all other return policy criteria.
If you feel you have received a damaged item, please take pictures showing the damage (with Tags still on) with your invoice of order and email them toΒ help@OceansofTimebtq.com.
All return shipping fees are the responsibility ofΒ the customer andΒ NOTΒ Oceans of Time Boutique LLC.
Please note when returning merchandise, all items must be inΒ NEWΒ condition with tags still attached and in original packaging. Items must be free of odors such as smoke, perfume, pets, or body odor. Items mustΒ NOTΒ have residue from makeup, spills, or deodorant. Any merchandise returned with damage caused by the customer will be returned back to the customer at the customer's expense and NOT the expense of Oceans of Time Boutique LLC. If the return shipping fees (on damaged items that are ruled to be faulted byΒ the customer)Β are not paid for by the customer, within 7 days, the item(s) will be then donated to a local charity of Oceans of Time Boutique's choice.
All other items that are returned in New condition will be given an in-store credit to be used on our app or website for the original amount of purchase.
